DG Employment new publication Investing in Social Europe (24/04/2013) is now available online for download. 

Nantik-Lum, EMN member since a long time now, is celebrating it's tenth anniversary! 

Born on April 22, 2003, and working towards entrepreneurship and the provision of microfinance services, Nantik-Lum is active in various countries. It also offers a range of studies and researches on topics related to microfinance, entrepreneurship, gender, and poverty reduction. 

Audencia Nantes' qualitative study on microfinance supporting entrepreneurship highlights the fact that business creation is, first of all, job creation. Often microcredit serves as a means to go from unemployment to self-employment. 

Ethik Angels is a new crowdfunding platform dedicated to supporting social businesses and sustainable development. Created at the end of 2012, it aims at proposing different types of support to project holders, such as solidarity loans used to recapitalize Microfinance Institutions. 

DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion is publishing the latest document: Social Europe, current challenges and the way forward. Annual Report of the Social Protection Committee for the year 2012.
