LAURE COUSSIRAT-COUSTERE - CREDIT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - ADIE (FRANCE)



Laure Coussirat-Coustère joined ADIE in 1999 after graduating from HEC, a French school of economics and management. As a loan officer she was in charge of developing ADIE’s activities in the suburbs of Paris.

She moved on to managing a team of loan officers in a larger area and was responsible for fund raising as well as developing partnerships with other NGOs and State departments.

For 3 years she was ADIE’s network director, responsible for improving methodology and implementing new tools and processes in the regional branches. She is currently Credit Development Director of Adie, in charge of creating new credit and financial products such as group loans, micro-insurance etc.
