LAURENCE GIRARD – INTERNAL AUDIT DIRECTOR, ADIE (FRANCE)

After finishing business school (HEC), Laurence Girard joined a French bank (Crédit Lyonnais), where she worked for eleven years on the financing of infrastructure projects and managed retail agencies.

Her last job consisted of managing the 20 agencies (retail and SMEs) in a Parisian district. She joined Adie in September 2001 as risk manager.

She worked on Adie’s new information system in 2002 and 2003 and on Adie’s reorganisation in 2007. In October 2005 she created the function she is still occupying: internal audit director.
