Strategic Objectives

The EMN Strategic Plan 2009-2011 will follow on three areas of strategy against which a plan of activities will be prepared by the secretariat and the board: 

  1. Internal Strategy: To improve the governance, sustainability and impact of EMN;
  2. Membership Strategy: To empower more members to become active participants in the network and build sustainability in the sector;
  3. External Strategy: To change and improve the regulatory and local environment for microfinance by influencing policy and building partnerships across a range of sectors to support the membership.
