Call Call for proposals

The European Solidarity Corps aims to foster solidarity in the European society, engaging young people and organisations in accessible and high-quality solidarity activities. It offers young people opportunities to show solidarity, express their commitment to the benefit of communities and help resolve challenging situations across Europe. At the same time, these young people have the opportunity to develop their skills and get some invaluable human experience in the process.

This call will fund volunteering activities, traineeships and jobs in solidarity sectors, and solidarity projects for young people aged 18 to 30. Any public or private organisation holding a Quality Label and established in the EU Member States may apply for funding. Moreover, groups of young people registered in the European Solidarity Corps Portal may apply for solidarity project funding.

The call deadline for traineeships and jobs is 16 October 2018. Please note that organisations applying for funding will first need to receive a Quality Label, for which they can apply at any time at their country’s European Solidarity Corps National Agency (a list of all European Solidarity Corps National Agencies is available here). The process to receive the Quality Label can take a couple of weeks.

For further details, please refer to the European Solidarity Corps Guide and the website. The relevant application forms can be found on the website as well.

The press release and memo with questions and answers are also available.
