Call Call for applications

The European Commission wants to ensure that users of financial services are represented at all stages of the development of EU policies in the field of financial services. By decision C(2017)359 of 30 January 2017, it has renewed and amended the rules related to the functioning of a Financial Services User Group, which was set up in 2010. The aim of the group is to provide input from the perspective of users of financial services into policy making at EU level. Relevant documents, including the contributions delivered by the group since its creation, in 2010, can be found on the Financial Services User Group webpage.

The issues on which the opinion of the group may be sought refer to the full range of the financial services market, including: retail banking, consumer and mortgage credit, payment means and systems, life and non-life insurance, pensions, retail investment products, securities markets and financial supervision.
