Participation is free and open to all, but registration is mandatory.

This webinar will present the branchless approach adopted by Qredits, showing the vital role technology can play and how it can positively impact the efficiency of an MFI' business model. It will provide an overview on how to rethink the role of branch networks, limiting their physical presence in order to reduce costs. Moreover, a special focus will be placed on Qredits’ good practices in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic.

For this event, the EaSI Technical Assistance Team worked in collaboration with André Dolsma, Commercial Director at Qredits. Mr. Dolsma studied at the Cranfield University Marketing and Product Management and he has over seventeen years’ experience in retail and corporate banking. He has expertise as a Business Consultant in the field of finance, merger & acquisition, entrepreneur coaching, alternative finance and start-up/scale-up investing.
