Amid rapid global shifts in the labour market, the concept of sustainable careers has become an essential framework for navigating modern professional paths. This webinar will explore what sustainable careers mean today within a changing global and socio-economic landscape, looking not only at how these contexts shape individual trajectories, but also at how collective career strategies can influence the systems that affect them.
Instead of equating sustainability with the elimination of vulnerability, the session will move beyond “fixing” individuals perceived as less career-competent and focus on how structural factors can provide support, open opportunities, and enable long-term growth.
