In January 2000, Horizonti was created in Macedonia, where it focuses on financial services, business and agriculture loans for working capital and purchase of fixed assets, and small housing loans. This document focuses on the design and development of an appropriate loan product with a flexible payment schedule to meet the demands of rural clients for easier and more efficient loan repayment, adjusted to seasonal revenues and expenditures. Apart from attracting new clients, this innovation also helped address customer difficulties in managing equal instalment schedules.
