Prizma is a microcredit Foundation founded in Bosnia and Herzegovina during 1997. This Good Practice analyses the promotional campaign of microcredits launched in 2011 where it reached more than 26,000 down-market niche clients, which had an impact on over 100,000 lives. In addition, the article looks at how Prizma achieved these results without overburdening its staff.
