Big Fish and Small Fish is an initiative of NEEM, the Network for Entrepreneurs from Ethnic Minorities, which is a non-governmental organization in Sweden. The project aims to create and support win-win-win business ventures between micro and big companies to facilitate new kinds of employment and new business opportunities. It targets ethnic minorities who are usually knowledgeable on the needs in the home countries markets, which in turn offer a wealth of opportunities for innovation, trade, technology transfers, and investments.
