Mr. Arnaudov holds a Masters degree in “Automatization & telemechanics” from the University in Sofia and in “Financial Management” from the Economic University in Svishtov.

He has consequently been CEO, Board Member and Chair of Nachala foundation which has become Nachala cooperative.

Mr. Arnaudov has further developed his expertise in the management of MFIs through various international training programmes. He is also Vice Chair of BACCO (Bulgarian association of credit cooperatives) and Member of the association for small and medium enterprises.
