The good practice examples presented here aim at inciting microfinance actors in different contetxs and countries to develop and improve their activities, approaches, methodologies and tactics. They cover areas such as financial services, BDS, immigrant/ethnic minority entrepreneurship and female entrepreneurship.
A good practice comprises a minimum of essential criteria. It must be: documented, accessible, based on processes and methodology, tested and put into practice, transferable, sustainable, efficient, effective and in a process of continued evaluation and improvement.
