Master in Microfinance and Financial Inclusion

The Master in Microfinance and Financial Inclusion of Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) offers specialised up-to-date and high quality training in microfinance as a tool to promote financial inclusion of society's most marginalised members. The Master combines academic excellence and real-world experience. It targets students and professionals who desire to work in microfinance institutions, banks, NGOs or international agencies.

The Master is taught mostly in Spanish, but also in English, by prominent professors and practitioners from the microfinance sector. E.g.: John Hatch (founder of FINCA International and Village Banking Methodology), Claudio González Vega (President of the board of trustees Fundación Microfinanzas BBVA) or Jorge Ramirez (General Manager of the European Microfinance Network).
