One of The European Microfinance Network (EMN) core missions is to support the development of microfinance organisations through the dissemination of good practice, by offering training, technical support and exchange opportunities.

In order to help its members improve their services to their clients and boost their results, EMN has put together a new package, the Microfinance Actions for Growth through Integrated Consultancy (“Magic”) Partnership.

The MAGIC Partnership is a very particular approach which can be tailor-made to any specific microfinance organisation. It starts with an assessment mission to understand the needs and the context. A practical action plan is built through planning and training sessions. The exchange visit accelerates the learning process by observing an established peer’s daily work, and the hotline is a unique form of long term support, building a real partnership for growth and success!
