The European Microfinance Network focuses exclusively on the microfinance sector in Europe and aims at increasing communication between the various European institutions that promote this sector.
The European Commission appears to be particularly active in this regard, given its many initiatives, and is part of a dynamics to promote the microfinance tool, microfinance being recognized as an economic development tool.
