Peer-to-peer Exchange Visits

The
peer-to-peer exchange visits, exclusively intended for EMN members, provide each
EMN member the opportunity to visit another member on a specific theme, in order to deepen the understanding of the work, encourage exchange of good practices and develop expertise. These bilateral exchanges, tailor-made to members’ needs and expectations,
also facilitate cooperation and collaboration between
EMN members.
How does it work?
Before...
An
EMN member interested in visiting another member should contact the organisation in order to organise the visit. The member organising the visit
should then contact EMN that will validate the request before the visit beggins. At this stage, please use the
contact form.
During...
The visit can take two or three days. EMN will reimburse 50% of the cost of accomodation, travel and meals for the visitor. The host organisation will receive €200 per day.
After the visit...
After the visit, the visiting organisation will have to send a report to EMN secretariat. This report has to discuss the following points:
- What lessons have been learned during the visit?
- How does the visiting organisation envision adapting some key lessons to its own organisation?
The report will be published online and made available to other EMN members.
