The team
The EMN secretariat team is professionally staffed in order to respond to the needs of members. It plans and co-ordinates a range of services for members, notably trainings and events such as conferences and exchange visits, research, lobbying, and other activities.
Philippe Guichandut has been Executive Director of EMN since February 2004. Three other people have joined the team and assist the Director: Maria Franco (Manager of Network Relations and Communication), Stefanie Lämmermann (Programme Manager) and Emmanuel Moyart (Senior Programme Manager) and Daniel Sorrosal (Senior Programme Manager). The team also benefits from the support of Cristiana Finotti who is doing her internship as Communication Assistant, as well as Cesarea Brisbois and Keith Luckcuck, volunteers who bring their support to develop the association's activities.
