Technical support

EMN can respond to requests from its members for technical support missions, concerning capacity building, training needs assesments etc. Such missions are generally prepared and executed in collaboration with the member, with the assistance of professionals contacted through EMN.

So far, EMN has conducted two missions:
  • One with Adie on marketing issues in one of its regions in Île de France
  • One in Spain with La Caixa to assess its training needs
Very recently, MAGIC has been launched. It's a customised Partnership Package to help EMN members improve their services to their clients and boost their results.

EMN members should not hesitate to contact the secretariat for any missions that could help further develop their activities.
