François SOULAGE National President of Secours Catholique

Economist and instructor, Mr. Soulage became president of the Institute for the Development of the Social Economy (IDES) in 1999, which develops guarantees for business loans to unemployed persons.

Since 2005, he presides COOPEST, the society of investment for the Social Economy in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

In February 2008 ,he has equally been nominated national president of Secours Catholique.
