This public consultation aims to inform the ex post evaluation of the Employment and Social Innovation Programme (EaSI) and the final evaluation of the European Progress Microfinance Facility (EPMF). The evaluation shall cover the five evaluation criteria — relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence and EU added-value — as endorsed by the Better Regulation Guidelines.

The European Commission would like to hear the views of EU citizens, governmental and non-governmental organisations (international, European, national, regional and local), public and private employment services, higher education institutions and research institutes, social and private enterprises, bank and non-bank financial institutions, social partners,  international organisations, EU institutions as well as any other interested stakeholders.
