The webinar will be led by Giulia, a seasoned researcher and project lead at the European Center for Social Finance at Munich Business School, where she also lectures. Originally from Italy, her international academic and professional journey spans Germany, Spain, Morocco, and India.

She holds a Master’s in Life Science Economics and Policy from the Technical University of Munich and a Ph.D. in Management from Bundeswehr University Munich. Her doctoral work focused on academic-practitioner collaborations and career management, particularly for NEET youth.

Giulia’s research has redefined the role of career helpers as emotional change agents, empowering young people navigating complex career paths. She is pursuing a postdoctoral workplace wellbeing project and actively volunteers with the EAWOP Impact Incubator’s youth employment initiatives.

She is also the author of the recent book Collaborating in European Projects: Many Hands (Don’t Always) Make Light Work.
