Join us on July 31st to discuss design thinking principles, which emphasize problem-solving through exploration and refinement phases. Participating in this webinar will help you develop a visual thinking toolbox with practical tips for organizing space meaningfully, enhancing clarity and engagement.

Additionally, the session covers storytelling fundamentals—including knowing your audience and defining your purpose and plot.

Giulia was born in Italy but wandered off early on to gather various academic and work experiences in Germany, Spain, Morocco, as well as India. In 2014, she settled in Germany where she earned a Master’s Degree in Life Science Economics and Policy from the Technical University of Munich and a Ph.D. in Management from the Bundeswehr University Munich, focusing on academic-practitioner collaborations in European projects and career management.

Her research has made significant contributions to career development literature, redefining career helpers as change agents who leverage emotions to support Young People Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET) in navigating increasingly complex career environments. Giulia currently works as a Project Lead at the European center for Social Finance at Munich Business School, where she also holds a lecturing position.

Additionally, she is pursuing a Postdoctoral research project on workplace wellbeing and she volunteers in the youth employment strand of the EAWOP Impact Incubator. Giulia recently published her first book titled “Collaborating in European Projects: Many Hands (Don’t Always) Make Light Work.”
