SIFTA Workshop: Impact Measurement and Management

The day after the EMD 2026 event, on 📆April 17th, EMN will host a full-day, in-person workshop focused on  Impact Measurement and Management. The workshop will take place 🕐from 10:00 to 16:00 CET at EMN premises, located at 📍Rue d’Arlon 55, Brussels.

Impact is central to the work of microfinance intermediaries, as both financial and non-financial services play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable communities across Europe. Numerous frameworks exist, all based on a common principle: outputs lead to outcomes, which then generate impacts. During the workshop, we will explore this topic in detail, discussing the various relationships between outputs, outcomes, and impacts, which we refer to as impact pathways.
