From Strategy to Digital Roadmap: A practical toolbox to set the right priorities and identify the best solutions for your MFI.

This series of two webinars is intended for small to medium MFIs who want to develop or refine their digital strategy and build a roadmap for the next 3-5 years. The webinars are part of the Social Inclusive Finance Technical Assistance (SIFTA) initiative, managed by the EIB.

Both webinars will be held by Jente Minne (expert in digitalisation from Strategies and Leaders) and Samuel Paulus (Senior Manager of Microlux). They will alternate between theory and practice and share practical tools that can be used by your MFI.

If you want to start working or improving your digital strategy, or you simply want to get some input on how to re-organize your strategic objectives, join us for this insightful series of training! You will also get the chance to share your inputs and needs for future Technical Assistance.

  6. Digital strategy KPIs
