Fortell Impact helps organisations reach the people they serve — to collect impact evidence and deliver behaviour change programmes at scale, in any language, anywhere. Working across 40+ countries, Fortell deploys AI-powered voice agents and avatar-based interviewers that work without internet, without literacy requirements, and in 200+ languages. Clients and partners include UNICEF, IDB Lab, Finnfund, the Asian Development Bank, and the Gates Foundation. Current work includes an AI voice coaching programme for women microentrepreneurs in Kenya, in partnership with Shortlist Futures and Inkomoko, funded by the Gates Foundation, and a collaboration with Treball Solidari on financial inclusion and impact assessment for microentrepreneurs in Spain.
